CHALLENGES AND NEEDS
The goal of this project was to actively support managers in effectively handling management and personal challenges in the face of changes forced by the new work format.
Additionally, developing leadership skills needed for team management during times of change.
Four areas that were defined as most important are: Leader On-Line, Inspirational Leadership, Change Management and Transformation.
SCOPE OF SUPPORT
In response to the client’s challenges, Maciej Szturmowicz implemented a 6-month coaching program based on his proprietary Coach-Thru methodology.
The program was prepared together with the HR Office in response to business needs related to the necessity of transitioning to hybrid team management.
Program description:
- A rapid support program for 30 managers and directors based on online coaching methodology,
- A unique combination of executive coaching, leadership techniques, change management, and personal development relevant to managers’ daily work.
RESULTS
Through the program, managers began to better understand their employees’ and teams’ motivations, challenges, and perspectives. They gained greater awareness of natural resources and limitations – both their own and their teams’. They started managing tasks better, improving effectiveness, reducing stress, and freeing up time for strategic activities.
They also developed and implemented individual techniques for remote conversations with their employees and teams. They developed and implemented individual solutions for conflict situations. They learned to approach organizational changes more strategically and consciously.
They gained numerous new inspirations for effective, healthy action in alignment with themselves.
