My qualifications

I support leaders, entrepreneurs and their organizations in development and change. I focus on the human and relational side of change and business development.

I have over 20 years of business experience in various leadership roles (including 8 years at IBM and 3 years as a board advisor and strategic project leader at mBank S.A.).

In my work with organizations, I’m also supported by people-focused business theories and models that I learned during my MBA studies at Warwick University and courses at London Business School in the UK.

I am an executive coach accredited by EMCC at Senior Practitioner level, a certified coach of International Coaching Community and Transformational Presence, a facilitator and a certified Gestalt psychotherapist. My work is under constant supervision. More about me here

Coaching support

As an executive coach, I support C-Level and C-1 leaders in consciously, effectively and healthily responding to various leadership, organizational and personal challenges related to their skills, attitudes and behaviors needed to achieve their goals.

I support my coaching clients in exploring different dimensions of relationality and being human in a business environment. I focus on topics such as:

  • Developing attitudes, behaviors and skills of authentic relational leadership,
  • Developing leadership that inspires, develops and empowers teams,
  • Building partnership relationships with teams, peers, bosses, partners, investors,
  • Methods for guiding people through emotionally difficult organizational changes,
  • Developing self-awareness and humanity in leaders – as a counterbalance to widespread dehumanization in business.

How I work

During our collaboration, I encourage my clients to look from different perspectives at their goals, important topics, challenges, situations and relationships, and to be curious about their thoughts, emotions, attitudes, roles and behaviors.

At the same time, I share my business experience with clients and relate their situations and challenges to practical methodologies and processes describing best practices in relationships, leadership, change management and organizational development.

Based on my clients’ expanded awareness, I support them in consciously choosing their attitudes, developing individual solutions and translating them into concrete, effective actions.

As part of coaching processes, I conduct 60 and 90-minute sessions every 2-3 weeks, in Polish or English.

I invite clients to sessions at my office in Lower Mokotów, online or for walking sessions in Warsaw’s Royal Łazienki Park.
