Workshops for leaders and their companies

My approach

I teach managers, entrepreneurs, and specialists practical leadership, relational, and life skills so they can act wisely, effectively, and relationally.

During my development and change workshops, I combine my over 20 years of business experience with deep psychological knowledge and non-business inspirations to teach practical techniques, processes, and procedures. At the same time:

I support participants in expanding their awareness through practical experiences and integrating what they observe, think, feel, and do.

I stimulate dialogue, discussion, and active application of workshop techniques and discoveries to the realities of work in a given organization.

I moderate group work until specific cultural solutions are developed appropriate for the organization and their implementation plan.

I teach techniques for constructively working with resistance to change and how to step-by-step and collaboratively implement new techniques and solutions.

How do I work?

I conduct both single workshops and 6-12-month support, development, and change programs implemented at various organizational levels and for different employee groups.

I work with organizations according to my proprietary methodology covering four stages of collaboration.

ScaleUp.Center - Step1

UNDERSTANDING GOALS
AND NEEDS

I get to know the development or change leaders and the specifics, goals, resources, problems, and needs of the organization. We agree on project assumptions, program success criteria, and analysis scope.

ScaleUp.Center - Step2

ANALYSIS AND ACTION
PLAN

I analyze the organization, identify important cultural topics, recommend action sequence, and
together we develop the program shape and action plan.

ScaleUp.Center - Step3

DEVELOPMENT
PROGRAM

I implement a development program 100% tailored to company needs. I support developing specific organizational solutions and their implementation, continuously monitoring action results.

ScaleUp.Center - Step4

CHANGE
SUPPORT

I support individual managers, change leaders, teams, and the entire organization in stabilizing
changes, scaling new rituals across the organization, and further development.
