Maciej Szturmowicz

I guide people and companies through advanced processes of development and change. As a result of working with me, managers, teams, and entire organizations start to understand and communicate better, act more wisely, collaborate more closely internally and with clients, and successfully implement strategic initiatives.

WHAT SETS ME APART

In my work, I combine over 20 years of practical change management experience collaborating with hundreds of business clients, with systemic knowledge of organizations, advanced communication techniques, and deep understanding of human nature and relationships.
I stimulate the development of positive attitudes and behaviors at every level of the organization and between them. I apply proprietary methods of systemic, experiential work with groups, teams, and individuals.

WHAT I DO

I create and conduct tailored workshops and development programs. I advise on how to humanely and relationally carry out complex changes and systematically develop organizational cultures understood as living organisms.

I conduct executive coaching and team coaching processes. In addition to working with business clients, I also practice psychotherapy in the humanistic-experiential approach (Gestalt therapy), from which I draw inspiration for systemic work with leaders and their organizations.
I work onsite, online, in walking sessions, and in my office in Lower Mokotów in Warsaw, in Polish and English.
