Additionally, the region struggled with issues such as high employee turnover, low engagement from branch directors, and lack of teamwork. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c10bdd4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c10bdd4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">SCOPE OF SUPPORT<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0b9bd8a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0b9bd8a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>As part of the agreed support, Scaleup conducted a comprehensive 2.5-month support<br>and development program. The program included elements such as:<\/p><ul><li>A cycle of individual executive coaching and business coaching sessions with the Regional Director,<\/li><li>Work observation sessions of the Regional Director with the team,<\/li><li>In-depth feedback regarding team and interpersonal dynamics within the team,<\/li><li>Regular strategic meetings with the Macro-Regional Director,<\/li><li>Support in implementing practical, effective sales management models and techniques in areas: operational reviews, subordinate behavior control, feedback, motivation,<br>inspiration, relational leadership.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b0a49ce elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b0a49ce\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">RESULTS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0124cb9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0124cb9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>As a result of the conducted program and subsequent changes made by the Regional Director, the region began consistently improving sales results, ultimately advancing to 1st place among the bank&#8217;s 36 sales regions within a year of the program&#8217;s completion.<\/p><p>Additionally, the region recorded:<\/p><ul><li>30% increase in personal loan sales,<\/li><li>8% increase in up-selling rate.<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p>Importantly, these results were achieved by an engaged and motivated team that regularly exchanged sales practices and provided the Regional Director with very positive feedback regarding the implemented changes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4d53f49 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4d53f49\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">CONTACT<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c6892f8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c6892f8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Want to talk about a similar project?
