The key organizational objectives of the program, defined by the new Macro-Regional Director, were: <\/p><ol><li>Streamlining daily communication between regional directors,<\/li><li>Enhancing regional teamwork (exchange of practices, knowledge, etc.),<\/li><li>Increasing the engagement, initiative, and business creativity of regional directors,<\/li><li>Promoting a more constructive and less emotional approach to<br>conflict resolution among regional directors,<\/li><li>Reversing the downward trend in sales results.<\/li><\/ol><p> <\/p><p>The main challenges for the program were:<\/p><ul><li>Diverse management and leadership styles of regional directors,<\/li><li>An ingrained results-oriented management style, low level of teamwork,<\/li><li>Numerous divisions within the team, low level of coordination,<\/li><li>Management practices brought by directors from various corporate cultures such as American (CITI), French (CA), Polish (Alior), and German (Allianz).<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b68139c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b68139c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">SCOPE OF SUPPORT<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eac9df6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"eac9df6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>As part of the agreed support, Scaleup conducted a comprehensive, 3-month support and development program.<\/p><p>The program included elements such as:<\/p><ul><li>Comprehensive analysis of leadership and teamwork challenges according to a proprietary methodology,<\/li><li>A series of individual executive coaching sessions with the Macro-Regional Director,<\/li><li>A series of group business coaching workshops with the Regional Directors.<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p>Workshop participants rated their value for teamwork among CABP sales regions at 8.6 on a scale of 1-10 (where 1=no value, and 10=excellent value)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5e2f771 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5e2f771\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">RESULTS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5ac79e7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5ac79e7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>As a result of the program, the macro-region recorded the following organizational benefits:<\/p><ul><li>A 59% increase in awareness of the regional directors&#8217; team&#8217;s resources and competencies,<\/li><li>A 123% increase in the presence of cooperation rules within the team,<\/li><li>An 81% increase in addressing internal team conflicts without escalating them,<\/li><li>A 77% increase in the presence of open communication within the team,<\/li><li>The team defining new cooperation principles and implementing them in daily work,<\/li><li>Intensive exchange of management and leadership practices within the macro-regional team,<\/li><li>Implementation of effective mechanisms for further, ongoing exchange of management practices,<\/li><li>The team transitioning from the storming phase to the norming phase,<\/li><li>Team members understanding and respecting each other&#8217;s management styles,<\/li><li>Acquisition of a set of tools to stimulate and sustain change by the macro-regional<br>director.<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p>Thanks to improved cooperation among the heads of individual macro-region units, despite an unfavorable macroeconomic environment and reduced employment:<\/p><ul><li>Increased cash loan sales by 20% year-on-year,<\/li><li>Increased the cross-sell ratio of personal accounts to cash loans from 21.5% in January to 31% in August,<\/li><li>Doubled investment fund sales year-on-year.<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p>Additionally, at the end of the program, regional directors anonymously expressed their willingness for further coaching cooperation with Maciej Szturmowicz at 8.9 on a scale of 1-10 (where 1=none, 10=absolutely yes).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e978742 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e978742\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">CONTACT<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5a31cd5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5a31cd5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Want to talk about a similar project?
