I focus on the <strong>human and relational side of change and business development<\/strong>. <\/p><p><strong>I have over 20 years of business experience in various leadership roles<\/strong> (including 8 years at IBM and 3 years as a board advisor and strategic project leader at mBank S.A.).<\/p><p>In my work with organizations, I&#8217;m also supported by <strong>people-focused business theories and models<\/strong> that I learned during my MBA studies at Warwick University and courses at London Business School in the UK.<\/p><p><strong>I am an executive coach accredited by EMCC at Senior Practitioner level<\/strong>, a certified coach of International Coaching Community and Transformational Presence, a facilitator and a certified Gestalt psychotherapist. My work is under constant supervision.
